Data Handling

Velox Data Services B.V. processes only operational relay metadata strictly necessary for network function. No personal data is collected, stored, or shared with third parties beyond standard network routing logs.

Retention

Network access logs are retained for a maximum of 14 days and then permanently deleted. Aggregated performance metrics may be stored for up to 6 months in anonymised form.
